A white collar crime can be called tax evasion, which consists of  the intentional act of avoiding payment of taxes owed. The crime which can consist of providing knowingly false information on tax returns and also  to use property transfer illegally to avoid payment of taxes.

A common case for  tax evasion is  trying to hide sources of the money received. For instance a person being paid in cash and does not report the income on their tax return. Also failing to file a tax return when income is earned is tax evasion.
