Field Sobriety Tests

Here at the Komar Law I advise the clients not to do the tests!!  These tests are purely subjective upon the police officers own training.

In Chicago, Ill., a DUI  with injury charge covers everything from driving drunk to driving under the influence of drugs, whether prescribed or not. The consequences of a DUI conviction can include losing your license, jail time, a criminal record, or possible deportation for non-citizens. Beyond your criminal record, a DUI conviction can follow you into other areas of your life, including future employment opportunities.

If the circumstances of your DUI involve a driving with a suspended or revoked charge, or involve a personal injury, you can be charged with an aggravated DUI which is a felony in Illinois.

If you have been charged with DUI or a Felony DUI and need a strong defense, contact Komar Law to discuss your case with a Chicago DUI defense attorney.

We defend clients against all drunk driving charges, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • DUI
  • Felony DUI
  • DUI with personal injury or fatality
  • Underage DUI (drivers under 21)
  • DUI with prescription or illegal drugs
